Job Responsibilities
1. Plan and design app products: composing market research, demand analysis, and descriptions of product prototypes and functions.
2. Elaborate documents to help app designer, developers, and testers clarify the product requirements.
3. Follow up the design of the developers, UI designers, ensure that the features, interactions and rendering of the products in line with the requirements in the document.
4. Have capability of writing plans for app promotion independently. Plan the promotional activities in network communities to complete the KPIs in app promotion.
5. Operate and manage the app communities, and control the positioning of the app.
6. Collect and analyze the feedback from users to discover their real needs.
7. Provide solutions to the problems in the user feedback.

Position Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, electronic information technology and other related subjects; At least 2 years experience in Java development, has a solid foundation of Java language; work for more than 1 year in the Android application development, has a comprehensive experience in product and project development.

Job Responsibilities
1. Design flash banners according to the customer requirements. Familiar with the software for graphic design, such as Flash, Photoshop, illustrator, etc.
2. Familiar with banner designs in different styles, regularly learn from good examples of excellent banners from websites.
3. Responsible for editing the photos that are used in external media press (e.g. photos of exhibitions and activities held by the company).
4. Convert images in other formats such as GIF into flash banner.
5. Resize banners.
6. Able to design customized banners and buttons with special effects.
7. Observe the click-through rate and conversion rate of the banners, summarize and improve design styles, main points and typesetting, etc.
